Payments are charged automatically to the payment card used for the initial payment.

A refund may be issued only in the case of a confirmed billing error (such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount). In such cases, the refund is made exclusively to the payment card used for the original payment and may take up to 14 business days from the date the request is approved.

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service has begun with the prior consent of the user.

By purchasing and activating a subscription, the user consents to immediate access to the digital content, thereby waiving the right of withdrawal.
